Cloud Nine - [ 01/30/08 ]
I just discovered, via my creative writing professor last semester, that she wants to nominate me (and another student) for a writing scholarship. And get my name into the program, which is supposedly considered an honor - but oh good god. I'm still trying to wrap my brain around the concept of a scholarship without even trying or applying for anything. I'm excited, as this is a huge step for me. Momentous!
Just A Thought - [ 01/25/08 ]
As I was sorting through my unorganized tornado pool of old letters, postcards, and unrecognizable trinkets, I realized that my 2007 was gloriously comprised of bizarre flings. How that's even relevant to my spontaneous bout of nostalgia escapes me, but I thought about it and pondered its significance.
